‘Les Décibels’ Choir Show with Invited Guests

This is the choir’s first production since the pandemic, and its first official performance under the direction of Casey Edmunds. Accompanied by Louise Alepin, the choir will take us through a melodic journey of francophone repertoire throughout the ages. From 1843, when French-speakers were banished from this place, to Canada’s 150th celebrations in 2017, the choir will enchant in this very French concert.

Guest artists include French-canadian musicians from Québec and Elder Alex Nelson from the Musgamagw Dzawada’enuxw First Nations in Kingcome Inlet.
