Cancellation and Refund Policy: Any cancellation made before Thursday, January 9, 2025 (6:00 PM PST) will be fully refunded. For cancellations made after Thursday, January 9, 2025 (6:00 PM PST), the Victoria Francophone Society will not issue any refunds for fees already paid.
